PAID TIME OFF
Team Members in an organization like ours need time away from work to re-energize and rest. Paid Time Off (PTO) benefits represent paid time away from work for holidays, vacation, personal days and sick leave. Regular full-time or regular part-time team members begin accruing PTO benefits from their hire date, and may begin to use accumulated PTO following ninety days of employment.
Team Members choose from medical coverage options ranging from PPOs to a Health Savings Account qualifying health plan. Cross Keys Village picks up a generous amount of the cost, making the monthly medical and prescription premiums affordable for Team Members and their families.
Dental coverage options are provided to include preventive, basic and major coverage for Team Members and their families.
Vision coverage is an available option for Team Members and their families, and includes annual eye exams and contact lenses, or lenses and frames.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Team Members can save money by making tax-free contributions to flexible spending accounts for health care and dependent daycare.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
If enrolled in the qualifying plan, a Health Savings Account (HSA) is available for Team Members to save for eligible healthcare expenses – now or in the future.
Short Term Disability
Short Term Disability (STD) is accrued in the event of an illness or injury that lasts more than six consecutive work days or 48 consecutive work hours. This benefit is provided at no cost to team members.
Long Term Disability
Long Term Disability insurance helps protect Team Members and their families in the event the Team Member becomes disabled and can’t work for an extended period of time.
Retirement 403(b) Pension Plan
Team Members who are scheduled to work an average of twenty hours per week or more (who have worked 1,000 hours in the calendar year) are offered to participate in the plan starting the first day of employment. Cross Keys Village will contribute to participants of the plan 4% of each participant’s gross earnings after completion of 90 days of employment.
Basic Life Insurance
All Team Members receive Basic Term Life Insurance at no cost, in a coverage amount equal to their annual salary, up to $50,000. Team Members may elect Optional Life Insurance up to 3 times their salary, and choose from various levels of life insurance for their Spouse and Children.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
AD&D Insurance is also available as another way to protect Team Members and their Families in the event of an accident.
Team Members have access to Foust Fitness Center and Harvey S. Kline Wellness Center with incentives for participation in the Wellness Program. Additionally, wellness coaches, land based fitness classes, group educational events, family swim nights, and campus based group events are all free of charge.
