  • CKV contributes 4% of your wages towards your retirement savings regardless of the amount you choose to save

Wellness Reimbursement Program

  • Annual reimbursement of up to $120 for expenses incurred for things like: gym memberships, home fitness equipment, fitness class costs and weight management/loss programs

PTO – Paid time off

CKV recognizes that team members need time away from work to recharge and rest. Paid Time Off (PTO) benefits represent paid time away from work for holidays, vacation, personal days, and sick leave. 

  • Based on accrued hours beginning on first day of employment
  • Full-time team members can earn up to 16 PTO days within their first year

Newly Added Benefit: Paid-Time-Off Reward and Vacation Bridging for New Team Members

  • PTO Reward: new Health Care team members will receive PTO hours equivalent to one-week of scheduled weekly hours. (Available after 90 days of employment). Eligible positions must be hired for a part-time or full-time position (working at least 30 hour per pay week).
  • Vacation Bridging: allows newly hired Health Care Nurses and Aides to enter CKV’s PTO program based on an accrual rate relevant to work experience at the most recent employer. Eligible positions must be hired for a part-time or full-time position (working at least 30 hour per pay week) with five or more years of experience in that position with the same employer.

Note: Positions eligible for the PTO Reward and Vacation Bridging program include Registered Nurses – Health Care Center; LPN – Health Care Center; Certified Nursing Assistants – Health Care Center.
