PCA and RA Opportunities

Whether you already are a Certified Nursing Assistant with direct care experience, or you are new to the industry, with a desire to care for others, Personal Care at Cross Keys Village may very well have an opportunity for you. Cross Keys Village offers on-the-job training for those who are passionate about caring for older adults, with the opportunity to climb a “career ladder.” Such goals can be achieved by following the example below:

• Tier 1 – Personal Care Attendant
  (minimum high school diploma or equivalent – training will be provided on the job). This is ideal if you have little or no prior experience, or if you have had some caregiving experience at home
• Tier 2 – PCA Med Tech
  (in-house training is offered to pass medications and provide treatment to residents)
• Tier 3 – Resident Assistant
  (Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA class/PA certified – entitles you to work in both our Personal Care environments)
• Tier 4 – RA Med Tech
  (Certified Nursing Assistant and Med Tech trained)
• Tier 5 – Lead PCA/RA
• Tier 6 – LPN
  (Tuition Assistance may be offered to qualified team members)
